Orange Cranberry Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup craisins, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp orange extract
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Microwave your white chocolate in microwaveable bowl for 40 seconds, then remove and give it a quick stir.
  • Continue to microwave the white chocolate in 10-15 second increments until the chocolate is completely melted and has reached a smooth consistency.
  • Add your orange extract to the melted white chocolate and stir until well combined.
  • Pour your white chocolate onto a sheet of wax paper and spread the chocolate to the desired thickness with a knife or offset spatula.
  • Sprinkle the craisins and the salt over the white chocolate. If desired, add chopped pistachios to the bark.
  • Next, microwave your semisweet chocolate in a bowl. Starting with 30 seconds. If needed, heat the chocolate for an additional 10 seconds, then stir until melted completely.
  • Use a spoon or knife to drizzle your melted chocolate over the sheet of chocolate.
  • Let the chocolate bark set at room temperature, then break into pieces. You can store this bark in a ziplock bag in the fridge or in a cool place.
