Continue to microwave the white chocolate in 10-15 second increments until the chocolate is completely melted and has reached a smooth consistency.
Add your orange extract to the melted white chocolate and stir until well combined.
Pour your white chocolate onto a sheet of wax paper and spread the chocolate to the desired thickness with a knife or offset spatula.
Sprinkle the craisins and the salt over the white chocolate. If desired, add chopped pistachios to the bark.
Next, microwave your semisweet chocolate in a bowl. Starting with 30 seconds. If needed, heat the chocolate for an additional 10 seconds, then stir until melted completely.
Use a spoon or knife to drizzle your melted chocolate over the sheet of chocolate.
Let the chocolate bark set at room temperature, then break into pieces. You can store this bark in a ziplock bag in the fridge or in a cool place.
