In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the ground turkey. Mixing all of the ingredients before adding the turkey will keep the turkey from being over-mixed, which could make your burgers too tough.
Using a fork, fold ground turkey into your wet mixture until well incorporated.
Bring skillet to medium heat, then grease with cooking spray.
Scoop out meat using an ice cream scoop and release the patty onto the hot skillet. Use the back of your fork to flatten the meat into a patty.
Cook for about 5 minutes on the first side, then flip to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes until cooked through. Cook time will depend on the thickness of your patties. The internal temperature should reach 165°.
