Gingerbread Date Balls

Ingredients

cups
pitted dates (about 30 dates)
1/2
cup
lightly salted or unsalted cashews

tbsp
almond butter
2
tsp
molasses
1
tsp
ground ginger
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
tsp
ground nutmeg
1/4
tsp
ground cloves
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
Scoop and roll into balls (makes about 18 balls - 1 tbsp each).
Store in fridge or freezer.
