Experimenting with new sauces, dressings, salsas, and dips is probably one of my favorite things to do in the kitchen – it’s so easy to turn staple refrigerator and pantry ingredients into new recipes. The best part: you know exactly what ingredients are going into your recipe, allowing you to avoid all of the unnecessary added sugar and extra [unpronounceable] ingredients.
This Avocado + Dill Dipping Sauce pairs great with my Crispy Potato Skewers. It would also be great as a taco topping or a burger condiment.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp mayonaise
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 mashed avocado
- 2-3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt, to taste
